Use “Reset shipment” to remove all packages from “Shipment” and return to
default view with only one “BX” package.
Click the “Delivery draft actions” button and select “Reset shipment”.
A pop-up window appears.
Click “Yes” to reset the shipment.
As per default, all items will be listed under “Items”…
…and “Shipment” will consist of one package with the type “BX” as for Box.
What can "Delete selected SKU from packages" under "Delivery draft actions" be used for?
Use “Delete selected SKU from packages” to remove one or multiple items from one
or multiple package types.
Start by selecting items to be removed.
Click the “Delivery draft actions” button and select “Delete selected SKU from
packages”.
The selected items will be removed from “Shipment”…
…and moved back to “Items”.
What can "Delivery draft actions" in "Manage package hierarchy" be used for?
“Delivery draft actions” can be used for different purposes. For example, to
automatically create packages, to create SSCC for packages, or to reset
shipment.
Click the button for "Delivery draft actions” to view the selectable actions.
Selectable actions will be listed.
How to search for "Items" in "Manage package hierarchy"?
If having a lot of items in the list, it can be useful to search for items to
select them or to move them manually.
Click and enter a value to search for products using complete or part of model
number, barcode, name and/or color.
Click the search icon.
The search result will be shown.
How to "Save" a "Manage package hierarchy"?
It is recommended to “Save” changes in “Manage package hierarchy” during the
work with it to reduce risk of losing work done if anything should happen, like
accidentally closing the browser for example.
Click the “Save” button to save.
When the "Manage package hierarchy" has been saved the “Despatch advice draft”
will be updated accordingly to “Shipment”.
How to "Save and close" a "Manage package hierarchy"?
Click “Save and close” to save changes in “Manage package hierarchy” and return
to the “Despatch advice draft”.
The “Despatch advice draft” will be updated accordingly to “Shipment”.
How to create and send a "Despatch advice"?
Go to "Orders" - "Orders".
Click the "Order no." for the order to be delivered.
Click "Order actions".
Select "Create delivery draft".
A pop-up window appears.
Click "Create new delivery draft".
A new pop-up window appears.
Click, and enter a "Despatch advice draft number".
Click "OK".
A "Despatch Advice Draft" will be created.
No packages have been added.
To add packages, click "Manage Packages".
A pop-up window appears.
By default, all items will be listed under “Items” to the left, and “Shipment”
to the right will consist of one empty package with the type “BX” as for Box.
Manage packages according to the actual shipment, and/or as requested by the
recipient.

When done, click "Save and close".
Packages will be added to the "Despatch Advice Draft" according to the hierarchy
made in "Manage Packages".
Click "Send".

How to move packages/change hierarchy in “Shipment”?
By clicking the left/right/up or down arrow in a package it´s possible to move a
package within a shipment. To change the ordinal for packages within the same
level of package hierarchy, or to change hierarchy for a package in the
shipment.
Click the up or down arrow to change the ordinal for a package.
Click the left or right arrow to change hierarchy for a package.
In the following example, the shipment consists of two packages in the same
level of the package hierarchy, one box (BX) and one pallet (PX). On the pallet
(PX) there is another package, a box (BX).
If clicking the down arrow in the package (BX) at the top...
...that package will move below the other package (PX) and its sub-package (BX).
Still being in the same level of the package hierarchy as the other package
(PX).
The shipment still consists of the same packages, with the same hierarchy, but
the box (BX) and the pallet (PX) have changed their ordinal.
In the following example, the shipment consists of two packages in the same
level of the package hierarchy, one pallet (PX) and one box (BX). On the pallet
(PX) there is another package, a box (BX).
If clicking the right arrow in the package (BX) at the bottom...
...that package will move into the other package (PX), becoming a sub-package in
the same level of the package hierarchy as the sub-package (BX) already in
there.
The shipment now consists of one pallet (PX) with two boxes (BX) on it.

What´s the difference between an "Enclosed delivery note" and a "Delivery note"?
An "Enclosed delivery note" consists of more product specific information than a
"Delivery note".
As an “Enclosed delivery note” can consist of package number and item id
together with SSCC and barcodes it can be useful when labels are to be matched
with the correct package.

How to "Edit package SSCC" in a "Shipment"?
Click the icon for “Edit package SSCC” for the possibility to either add a SSCC
manually or to generate a new SSCC for that package.
A pop-up window appears.

Click the field for “Enter or generate SSCC” to enter a SSCC manually.
Automatically
Click the button for “Generate SSCC” to generate a SSCC automatically.
A SSCC will be added to the field for “Enter or generate SSCC”.
Click “OK” to close the window and add the SSCC to the package.
The SSCC will be added to the package.
What is DESADV?
DESADV (Despatch Advice)
The DESADV message specifying details for goods despatched or ready for despatch
under agreed conditions.
General usage
* The message relates to one seller and one buyer or their respective agents.
* The message relates to a single despatch point and single or multiple
destination points. It may cover a number of different items or packages.
* It allows the recipient to know when the material has been despatched or will
be ready.
What does SSCC mean?
SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) are unique numbers used by companies to
identify a logistic unit. All parties in the supply chain can follow and track a
logistics unit.
The SSCC uniquely identifies each distributed logistic unit and its content. It
enables companies to track each logistic unit for efficient order and transport
management.
A SSCC are often encoded in a barcode.
When shared electronically via EDI, the SSCC data enables companies to share
information about the logistic units and reliably link it to related transport
information such as shipment details.
How to "Add new sub-package" to a package in "Shipment"?
Click the “Add new sub-package” button to start adding a sub-package to a
package.
A pop-up window appears, where “BX – Box” is selected by default.
Click to “Choose package type” if in need of adding another package type than a
box.
Click to enter “Package SSCC” if having external SSCC to be used for the
package.
Click “OK” to create an empty package.
A sub-package will be added to the package where “Add new sub-package” was
clicked.
How to "Change package type" for a package in "Shipment"?
Click the “Change package type” icon to start changing package type for a
package.
A pop-up window appears, where “BX – Box” is selected by default.
Click “Choose package type” to select another package type.
Click “OK” to confirm.
The package type will be changed for the package accordingly.
How to "Duplicate package" in "Shipment"?
Click the icon for “Duplicate package” to duplicate that package.
The duplicated package will have the same package type as the package it was
duplicated from.
The duplicated package will be placed in the same package hierarchy level as the
package it was duplicated from.
Note that it is just the package itself that will be duplicated, not the items
within it, nor the SSCC.
How to "Remove package" from "Shipment"?
Click the “Remove package” icon to start removing a package from “Shipment”.
A pop-up window appears saying “This package contains products, are you sure you
want to delete it?”
Click “Yes” to confirm the deletion of the package.
The package will be deleted from “Shipment”.
Any items in the package will be moved back to “Items”.
How to "Split package" in "Shipment"?
Click the icon for “Split package” to split that package into another package.
The duplicated package will have the same package type as the package it was
split from.
The duplicated package will be placed in the same package hierarchy level as the
package it was split from.
The duplicated package will have the same items included as the package it was
split from.
The item quantities in the duplicated package will be 0.
To increase quantities in the duplicated package, there need to be quantities
remaining in "Items". If no quantities remain in "Item", decrease the quantities
in the package it was split from or any other package containing the same item.
The decreased quantities in the package will be increased in “Items”…
…and can be increased in the split package.
How to "Create empty package" in "Manage package hierarchy"?
Click the button for “Create empty package” to start creating an empty package
to be placed in “Shipment”.
A pop-up window appears, where “BX – Box” is selected by default.
Click to “Choose package type” if in need of creating another package type than
a box.
Click to enter “Package SSCC” if having external SSCC to be used for the
package.
Click “OK” to create an empty package.
A new empty package will always be placed on top in “Shipment”.
What is RECADV?
RECADV (Receiving Advice)
The RECADV message address the business needs related to the goods receipt.
General usage
* The message is used to report the physical receipt of goods.
* The message allows for the reporting of discrepancies in products,
quantities, terms, packages, etc.
* The message may contain only the information that the received consignment is
completely in line with the consignment information given in the Despatch
advice message.
What can the "Move selected here" functionality in "Shipment" be used for?
The “Move selected here” functionality can be used for moving items from
"Items", and/or one or many packages, into a package.
To use the functionality, select the items to be moved.
Once an item has been selected in a package and/or in "Items", the "Move
selected here" icon will be activated.
Click the "Move selected here" icon to move the selected items into the package.
The selected items will be moved into the package.
How to "Select all" within a package in "Shipment"?
Click “Select all” to select all items within that package.
All items within that package will be selected.
How to "Select all" in "Items"?
Click “Select all” to select all "Items".
All "Items" will be selected.
How to select items in "Items"?
Click the checkbox for an item to select it.
It is possible to select several items.
How to drag and drop items in "Manage package hierarchy"?
By clicking and holding on the drag and drop icon, or elsewhere on the item
line, it is possible to drag and drop items;
* from “Items” to a package in “Shipment”,
* from package to package in “Shipment”,
* or from a package in “Shipment” back to “Items”.
For example, to drag and drop an item from "Items" to a package in "Shipment",
click and hold the item...
...and start dragging the item...
... to a package in “Shipment”.
Release, to place the item into the package.
How to "Split package" in "Items"?
Click the “Split package” icon for a possibility to split an items quantity into
multiple packages.
A pop-up window appears.
By default, “BX – Box” will be selected as package type. Click to select another
package type if needed.
The outstanding quantity to split into multiple packages is visible in the
"Quantity" column.
Click to decrease the "Quantity per package" or enter the number of quantities
that can be packed into a package.
The number of packages will automatically change in the "Packages" column
depending on the quantity entered in the "Quantity per package" type box.
If the "Quantity" is not fully divisible with the entered quantity in the
"Quantity per package" type box, the remaining quantity will be shown under the
number of packages given in the "Packages" column.
In the example above where 8 pcs are to be split into multiple packages with 5
pcs in each package, 2 packages will be created. There will be 1 package with 5
pcs in each package, 1 * 5 = 5, and 1 package with 3 pcs. Total 1 + 1 package =
2 packages, 5 pcs + 3 pcs = 8 pcs.
Click “OK”.
Quantities will be split into multiple packages. Any remaining quantities, if
the "Quantity" is not fully divisible with the entered quantity, will be placed
in a separate package.
What can "Generate multiple packages per SKU" under "Delivery draft actions" be used for?
Use “Generate multiple packages per SKU” to split one or many items into
multiple packages.
Select “Items” to split by using the checkboxes, or by clicking “Select all”.
Not all items selected need to be split.
Click the “Delivery draft actions” button and select “Generate multiple packages
per SKU”.
A pop-up window appears, where “BX – Box” is selected by default.
Click to “Choose package type” if in need of create another package type than a
box.
The outstanding quantity to split into multiple packages is visible in the
"Quantity" column.
Click to decrease the "Quantity per package" or enter the number of quantities
that can be packed into a package.

In the example above where 8 pcs of “M” are to be split into multiple packages
with 4 pcs in each package, 2 packages will be created. There will be 2 packages
with 4 pcs in each package, 2 * 4 = 8.
Notice that in the example above "2XL" and “XS” are left unchanged and will not
be split into multiple packages.
Click “OK”.
Quantities will be split into multiple packages, and any remaining quantities
will be placed in a separate package below each fully packed series of packages.
How to add "New SSCC for all packages" via "Delivery draft actions"?
Use “New SSCC for all packages” to add a SSCC to all packages in the “Shipment”.
Click the “Delivery draft actions” button and select “New SSCC for all
packages”.
SSCC will be added for all packages in “Shipment”.
