Go to "Data" - "Data Sets".
To start downloading a file, click "Select property", and select the property to download.
Click "Download".
A pop-up window appears.
The only format available is "Excel (*.xlsx)", and it is selected by default.
Click "Download".
A download process will start, and the file will be ready for download when done.
